This document sets out how user information is collected, retained and processed on spoleg.com and in its associated services. Use of the website and its services constitutes acknowledgement of the provisions set out below.

Article 1 — Definitions

1.1. "Website" means spoleg.com, together with all of its subdomains and associated services.

1.2. "User" means any person who uses the Website, its courses, or the Spoleg messaging service.

1.3. "Personal information" means any data by which the identity of a User may be established.

Article 2 — Information within the scope of this document

2.1. Account information. Upon registration, the User's name, email address and telephone number are retained, together with a profile image where the User provides one. Passwords are stored in encrypted form only and are at no point retained in readable form. The date, time and IP address of each sign-in are likewise recorded, so that unauthorised access may be traced.

2.2. Identity documents. Certain services are contingent upon verification of the User's identity. In such cases an image of an identity document is obtained from the User and retained on the Website's server. That image is used exclusively for the purpose of verification, is not publicly accessible, and does not appear in search engine results.

2.3. Payment information. Payment operations are performed through the PayPing gateway; the User's card details are entered on the bank's page and are not recorded by the Website. Following a transaction, the amount, the reference code, the payment status and the card number in masked form — comprising the first six and last four digits — are retained. The second password, the CVV2 code and the full card number are not made available to the Website.

2.4. Correspondence and messages. The text of messages sent by the User through the contact form, the support system or the messaging service is retained, together with the User's contact details or account identifier.

2.5. Visit statistics. IP address, approximate country and region, device and browser type, pages visited, referring page and time spent by the User on each page are recorded. These statistics are retained on the Website's own server, and no third-party analytics service, including Google Analytics, is used.

2.6. Course information. Where the User takes part in a course, their progress, the lessons viewed and their answers to assessments are recorded.

Article 3 — Purposes of processing

3.1. The information referred to in Article 2 is processed solely for the purposes of providing the services requested by the User, responding to correspondence, effecting and tracing payments, issuing course certificates, and evaluating and improving the content of the Website.

3.2. This information is not processed for any other purpose.

Article 4 — Disclosure to third parties

4.1. User information is not sold and is not made available to third parties for advertising purposes.

4.2. Transfer of information outside the system occurs exclusively in the following cases:

  • the PayPing payment gateway, for the purpose of effecting a financial transaction;
  • the Telegram service, for the purpose of exchanging messages through the messaging service;
  • the server infrastructure provider, on whose equipment the information is stored;
  • competent legal authorities, upon formal request and within the limits prescribed by law.

Article 5 — Automated replies

5.1. Certain replies from the messaging service may be sent automatically.

5.2. Every automated reply states within its own text that it is automated. Such replies do not constitute legal advice and shall not form the basis of any decision in a matter.

Article 6 — Security measures

6.1. The User's connection to the Website is established in encrypted form, passwords are not retained in readable form, and access to the administration area of the Website is restricted.

6.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing measures, no information system is immune to all risks.

Article 7 — User requests

7.1. The User may send any question or request concerning their personal information, including access to or deletion of that information, to info@spoleg.com.

Article 8 — Users under eighteen

8.1. The services of this Website are not designed for persons under eighteen years of age.

Article 9 — Amendment of this document

9.1. The provisions of this document may be subject to revision. The date of the most recent revision appears at the head of this page.
