| Version | 6 — in force from 31 August 2025 |
| Length | 31 pages; the 2019 version previously on the site ran to 21 pages |
| Interpretive authority | The federation's Ethics Commission |
The Code identifies conflicts of interest in several specific forms: personal involvement in betting activities, ownership of assets, commercial interests, outside employment, and civil or professional engagements capable of giving rise to a conflict. In cases of doubt, guidance is sought from the Ethics Commission.
The Code of Ethics governs the federation's officials and bodies, whereas the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program governs players and covered persons at professional events. The two documents have two different scopes and two different adjudicating authorities.
