What Part 16 governs

The UCI Cycling Regulations are divided into seventeen numbered parts, which sit alongside the Constitution and the Code of Ethics. Each article carries its own three-part number — such as 16.1.001 — the first figure of which is the number of the part itself. This document is Part 16 of that body of rules.

Para-cycling in all its dimensions: governance, categories, eligibility conditions, the UCI Classification Rules and Regulations, sport class profiles, world championships, and the specific rules for road and track events.
